ORDER COMPLETION
Once your order has been finalised and payment has been made we are not able to make any amendments to your order and no other items can be added to your original order.
This includes: The changing of the delivery address or shipping method. Also, you will not be able to add or remove items from your order or alter the sizes or colour of the products on your order.

PRICES
Prices shown on our website are correct on the day that an order is received. We reserve the right to alter prices either up or down in certain circumstances, but this will be drawn to your attention when we receive your order. You will then be given the option to proceed with your order or to cancel your order.

AVAILABILITY
All items displayed on our website are in stock and available for immediate dispatch unless otherwise stated. Please note that we do not currently accept orders for ‘out of stock’ products and we do not place orders on ‘back order’ if we are showing as out of stock on a product, size or colour at the time that you want to place an order.

Please note: All glove sizing is based on our size guide displayed on our website. Please refer to our glove size guide before ordering.

OFFERS AND FREE GIFTS
All offers are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

COLOUR REPRODUCTION
We have taken every reasonable care to ensure that the colours shown on the products featured on our website store are correct although a slight variation may result due to the limitations of production or the lighting conditions of our products when being photographed.

REFUNDS
We accept refunds under the following circumstances:

The product is still sealed and in original packaging

The product has not been used or worn

The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival

The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc.)
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURNS:

The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase – we cannot accept returns later than this.

Products must be returned in original condition & packaging.

CANCELLATION
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 consecutive days from the day after you receive your parcel to cancel your contract with us.
Should you wish to do this we require written notification via email or post. You may do this either before you receive your parcel, or it can be placed within the parcel upon its return.
If goods have been dispatched you will be expected to cover the cost of return or pay for the cost of retrieval if the courier hasn’t yet delivered. For parcels larger than two shoe boxes or weighing over 5KG, please contact our Customer Service team who may be able to advise a more cost-effective returns method or arrange collection at cost to you.
Any cancelled items must be returned to us in resalable condition, unused and complete with original packaging. When returning, please protect product packaging by using additional outer packaging to return. Avoid placing postage labels or tape on the product packaging as they may otherwise be deemed as not resalable.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of purchase please contact us to see if there has been a delay in dispatching it or if it might have been lost during transit. If you fail to contact us within a reasonable period of time we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
